BIO

Steve Czajkowski is a well-regarded attorney with more than 15 years of intellectual property experience, primarily in patent preparation and prosecution. Steve's practice focuses on patent, trademark, and trade secret matters, including securing IP protection, counseling on IP strategy with regard to infringement, invalidity, freedom to operate, and due diligence, and providing litigation support with regard to IP disputes.

Steve has significant experience in drafting and prosecuting provisional, design, and utility patent applications for domestic and foreign clients in technical subject matter for electrical and mechanical areas, including communications, artificial intelligence and machine learning, antenna systems, cellular and data networks, network devices, computer software, electronic devices, e-commerce, marine systems, and medical device fields.

Steve also has an industry background in wireless communications and electric power systems and has also participated in all aspects of patent litigation lawsuits, from complaint stage to jury trial, as well as appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
