The Webb Law Firm took part in a recent trip to the West coast, visiting Seattle, WA for the GeekWire Summit October 1-3. Pittsburgh-based technology organization, FortyX80, headed the venture, taking along five founders of local startups.
Founders received valuable advice and feedback on their ideas while attending the GeekWire Summit, a conference that draws more than 900 innovators, entrepreneurs, business executives, media and tech leaders to explore the future of innovation. Founders also had the opportunity to visit Amazon Launchpad and Microsoft during the trip, as well as hold discussions with venture capitalists and potential investors.
FortyX80 assists southwestern Pennsylvanian entrepreneurs in securing capital and education to further their business goals.
