PITTSBURGH, PA — Julie A. Heitzenrater has rejoined The Webb Law Firm as an Intellectual Property attorney with a focus on technology relating to metallurgical engineering. Ms. Heitzenrater returns to The Webb Law Firm after serving as Director of Process and Product Improvement for RG Steel LLC at their Sparrows Point facility, adding to her impressive eighteen years of engineering experience with AK Steel Corporation.
Ms. Heitzenrater received her J.D. degree from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law in Columbus, Ohio. While at Ohio State, Ms. Heitzenrater was a staff member of I/S: A Journal of Law and Policy for the Information Society. Ms. Heitzenrater has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Science with a Biomedical Engineering Option from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a named inventor on a patent for “Electrolytic Plating One Surface of Conductive Sheet” and has published papers for the AESF Sixth and Seventh Continuous Steel Strip Plating Symposiums.
