Webb litigators are trial lawyers who have successfully tried cases, across the country, from opening statement to jury verdict. We have an active team who have handled bench trials, appellate matters, and a variety of quasi-litigation proceedings before a host of governmental agencies. In addition, our litigators are recognized mediators, special masters and have even served as expert witnesses in various proceedings.

The Webb Litigation team is comprised of trial lawyers who have significant experience in successfully trying IP cases to verdict across the country. Webb’s team focuses on the strategic needs of our clients’ businesses and their long-term goals. Whether our clients desire a negotiated business solution, a cost-effective settlement or need to see a case through trial, our litigation team provides them with the support and expertise they need to successfully resolve their disputes. We do not litigate for litigation’s sake, but always with an eye toward achieving our client’s end goal with an efficient and direct approach. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants and have broad experience across technological areas, including construction, mobile devices, software, heavy industry, chemical compositions, consumer goods, biotech, and more. Webb’s Litigation team represents international clients across various industries, with extensive experience in motion practice, discovery, Markman hearings, expert discovery, and trial. We have successfully litigated cases in major patent docket districts, including the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of California, the Central District of California, the Northern District of Illinois, and the District of Delaware, as well as the International Trade Commission (ITC), and achieved favorable verdicts, such as invalidating the "shopping cart" e-commerce patents.

Beyond patent disputes, our litigators have tried trademark and false advertising cases through to jury verdict, as well as other business and tort claims that implicate intellectual property interests, breach of contract, consumer protection, unfair competition and some employee/employer-related issues. We also routinely handle matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, arbitration tribunals, and ICANN.
