BIO
Michele Yoder is a patent agent with extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, both domestic and international, across a variety of industries. These industries include chemical and mechanical engineering arts.
Michele is a former primary examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. While working at the Patent Office, she examined and issued patent applications in the area of specialized chemical engineering processes, such as adhesive bonding, polymeric welding, injection molding, extrusion, packaging, and vacuum resin injection. She currently specializes in areas that include medical devices, glass making, solar panels, oil and gas industry, and floor and roofing panels. Michele is well-versed in the practices and policies of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Outside of Webb, Michele is very involved in her community. She volunteers with several youth-based organizations and civic clubs. She also works with her church to address hunger and other need-based issues in her community.
