Greg is a patent agent with an extensive background in patent prosecution, searching and litigation support in the mechanical, medical device and digital imaging fields. Prior to joining The Webb Law Firm, Greg was a patent agent for a large national law firm, where he was regularly involved in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, performing freedom-to-operate and patentability searches and analysis, and assisting in patent litigation concerning medical devices and sporting goods.
Earlier in his career, Greg was a patent agent for Briggs & Stratton Corporation in Milwaukee, WI where he was involved in IP protection related to engines and outdoor power equipment. He also served as a Patent Examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, responsible for examining patent applications related to digital cameras and digital imaging.
Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University.
