David Resser is an intellectual property attorney with expertise in diverse areas of mechanical engineering. David applies this expertise in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in mechanical and electro-mechanical arts.
David has worked to protect intellectual property of a wide range of clients through domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution. He has worked in various technology areas including fluid dispensers; wheeled and non-wheeled power equipment; vehicle manufacturing; incandescent and LED lighting applications; mechanical devices for electrical generation and distribution systems; home appliances; team-based electronically connected exercise equipment; and others. David also has filed numerous third-party pre-issuance submissions at the USPTO.
Prior to joining The Webb Law Firm, David worked at several law firms practicing intellectual property law. Before attending law school, David worked as a mechanical engineer for a designer and manufacturer of automated foundry equipment. David also worked as a consultant engineer to help clients physically protect large industrial and commercial properties from various types of property loss.
