Sammy Duncan, Jr., Ph.D., is an Intellectual Property attorney with The Webb Law Firm. Dr. Duncan concentrates his practice in the area of intellectual property, specifically in the areas of patent preparation and prosecution, intellectual property agreement preparation, and the preparation of intellectual property opinions.
Dr. Duncan received a B.A. in chemistry (ACS Certified) from Vanderbilt University in 1990. In 1993, he received a M.S. in organic chemistry from the University of Georgia for research performed in the laboratories of Professor George F. Majetich. Dr. Duncan earned a Ph.D. from Clemson University for research performed in the laboratories of Professor John W. Huffman in 1997. In 2002, he received his J.D. from Seton Hall University, School of Law.
Dr. Duncan is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the District of Columbia and before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
