She has extensive experience with conducting and reviewing trademark clearance searches, drafting trademark licensing and consent agreements, trademark selection considerations, worldwide trademark prosecution, and trademark defense. She is also active in the field of plant patents and other protections for agricultural innovations. Further, Patty has drafted and prosecuted a number of utility patent applications in the chemical and mechanical fields.
