Bio

Michael Gagliano is an Intellectual Property attorney who has a strong background in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications with expertise in diverse areas of mechanical engineering including medical device technologies, robotics, transportation technologies, power tools, pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and industrial, construction, medical and agricultural machinery. As a Senior Associate Michael is frequently involved with patent, trademark and copyright matters including related opinion and agreement work. Prior to joining The Webb Law Firm, Michael worked as an Intellectual Property attorney at a nationally recognized AMLaw 100 firm with the responsibility of preparing and prosecuting patents for large and small business clients. During law school, he served as a patent law intern at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Michael received a J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
