Thomas C. Wolski is a patent attorney who handles intellectual property litigation, and patent and trademark prosecution.  Prior to joining The Webb Law Firm, Mr. Wolski worked as a laboratory manager and research specialist at the University of Pittsburgh focusing his research in areas of molecular biology and biochemistry.  After completing law school, Mr. Wolski handled complex commercial litigation at law firms in New York City and Pittsburgh, which included serving as defense counsel in a case that was distinguished as among the most noteworthy defense verdicts in 2004 according to the New York Law Journal.
