J. Matthew Pritchard is an Intellectual Property attorney with a background in
civil engineering and concentration in trademarks, branding and corporate communications.   Early in his career, Mr. Pritchard worked as a corporate environmental compliance specialist for Bell Atlantic Corporation, where he
was responsible for various aspects of the company’s underground storage tank upgrade and site remediation, hazardous waste management and spill
response programs.  He later served as an account executive with the American Environmental Network, which specialized in laboratory analysis of
contaminated media.

Mr. Pritchard attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he graduated cum laude as a member of the Order of the Barristers honorary society.  He received his B.S. degree in civil engineering and engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University.

Professional Responsibilities
Mr. Pritchard serves as a shareholder of The Webb Law Firm, which has concentrated exclusively in intellectual property law since 1845.  On a daily basis, he works with various aspects of IP law, particularly trademarks, branding, corporate communications and product or organizational identity.
