Nathan J. Prepelka is an Intellectual Property attorney who began
his career in the engineering field and “wanted to remain on the
technology side of law.” During the 1990s, Mr. Prepelka served as
corporate environmental manager at Koppers Industries, Inc. and
plant environmental engineer at Aristech Chemical Corporation, where
his responsibilities included managing the environmental compliance
issues in the coke and chemicals industry.
Mr. Prepelka
holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Pennsylvania State
University and a J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. He
joined The Webb Law Firm in1999.
Professional Responsibilities
Mr. Prepelka serves as shareholder and vice president with The Webb Law
Firm, which has concentrated exclusively in intellectual property
law since 1845. He works with various aspects of IP law,
particularly computer-implemented method and business process
patents, and cyber law matters involving domain name disputes and
patent, copyright, and trademark Internet and computer issues.
