Patricia A. Olosky is an Intellectual Property attorney and Doctor of Pharmacy.  Before joining The Webb Law Firm in 2000, Ms. Olosky worked as a licensed pharmacist in a Pittsburgh-area hospital.  Active in the field of plant patents and plant breeder rights, she is a published author on the topic and has helped attorneys and the community to understand the history of prosecution, how breeding is flourishing worldwide and the different types of utility patents, plant patents, trademarks and international protections currently available for agricultural innovations.

She holds both J.D. and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, and is licensed in Pennsylvania and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Professional Responsibilities
Ms. Olosky serves as an associate with The Webb Law Firm,  which has concentrated exclusively in intellectual property law since 1845.  She is engaged in many facets of intellectual property including the preparation and prosecution of plant, mechanical and chemical patents and the writing of legal opinions.  She also performs trademark availability searching and analysis, filing trademark applications and trademark prosecution.  Additionally, she is involved in filing copyright applications, preparing and reviewing confidentiality agreements and is often looked upon to perform research for litigation.
