Randall A. Notzen is an Intellectual
Property attorney with experience in key areas of computer hardware
and software design. Early in his career, he served as a patent
attorney for a major manufacturer of medical diagnostic imaging
equipment and as an electrical engineer working on the design of
embedded operating systems using appropriate high and low-level
languages; design, fabrication and packaging of semiconductor
devices; design and repair of semiconductor fabrication equipment;
and additional forms of electrical and mechanical design.
In the
mid-1990s, Mr. Notzen hosted the Inventors Insider
educational series, a compilation of practical information,
available on videotape, to help inventors understand the importance
and process of obtaining patent protection. As host of the series,
he provided useful insight and direction, for individuals,
entrepreneurs and businesses to help them take the right steps to
safeguard their discoveries and innovations.

Mr. Notzen serves as a shareholder
and vice president of The Webb Law Firm, which has concentrated
exclusively in intellectual property law since 1845. He works with
a wide range of clients, including those seeking patent protection
for electrical, mechanical and software inventions, as well as
trademarks and copyrights and related litigation.
