Ryan J. Miller is a patent agent with significant experience in
medical imaging and engineering. Mr. Miller served earlier in his
career as a patent examiner for the United States Patent and
Trademark Office. Working in an analytical art unit that
specialized in medical imaging and digital watermarking, he was
responsible for researching patent applications in the art of image
processing to ensure that applications and claimed inventions met
applicable patent statutes and rules in all phases of patent
prosecution
In 2004,
Mr. Miller joined The Webb Law Firm as a law clerk with
B.S. degrees in electrical engineering and economics from Duke
University. He continued his studies, obtained patent-agent
certification in 2004, and is now attending Duquesne University
School of Law to obtain his J.D. degree.

Mr. Miller serves as a patent agent
with The Webb Law Firm, which has concentrated exclusively in
intellectual property law since 1845. He finds it professionally
