Jayne E. Durden is an International and Domestic Trademark Law Australian Attorney with 
a strong background in trademark clearing, filing and prosecution, combined with career experience in business, governmental and educational fields.  Before joining The Webb Law Firm in 2002, Ms. Durden served as a solicitor with an Australian law firm and an English language instructor with the British Council in Kathmandu, Nepal.  She holds  Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Education degree from Deakin University, Australia, and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults from Cambridge University – Royal Society of the Arts.

Ms. Durden serves as International and Domestic Trademark Law Australian Attorney with The Webb Law Firm, which has concentrated exclusively in intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights) law since 1845.  She is involved with many aspects of intellectual property law.
