Emily A. Danchuk is a Trademark attorney with significant experience in business and the law. Before joining The Webb Law Firm, she managed her own practice, handling copyright and trademark prosecution and litigation. Additionally, she has experience in handling infringement issues and negotiating licensing agreements and related contracts.  Earlier, she served as In-house Counsel on an independent contractor basis for Film Movement, LLC, a film distribution company specializing in independent and foreign films. She also served as an Associate/Of Counsel and Legal Intern with other New York and Pittsburgh firms.  Ms. Danchuk received a J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. degree in dual areas, Political Science and Spanish, from Miami University of Ohio.  She is a member of numerous bar associations and legal organizations.

Ms. Danchuk serves as an associate with The Webb Law Firm, which has concentrated exclusively in intellectual property law since 1845.  She works primarily with trademark prosecution, helping clients to protect their proprietary product and organizational identities.
