James J. Bosco, Jr. is an intellectual property attorney with significant
technical experience. Before joining The Webb Law Firm in 2001, Mr. Bosco served as a technical consultant and team leader on application implementations for numerous Fortune 100 companies, working as associate director with
Cambridge Technology Partners (now Novell). He also served as an information systems engineer for Mercury Interactive. At The Webb Law Firm, Mr. Bosco has filed and prosecuted patent applications while guiding the firm toward
a state-of-the-art infrastructure and engineering integrations between existing systems and new software applications.
Mr. Bosco received a B.S. degree in computer science from San Jose State University in San Jose, California, followed by numerous certifications in n-tier applications of particular
benefit to start-up companies. He later obtained his J.D. degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh.
Professional Responsibilities
Mr. Bosco serves as an associate with The Webb Law Firm, which has concentrated
exclusively in intellectual property law since 1845. He works with various aspects of IP law, contributing expertise to the development of new
systems and processes while helping to “patent protect” the innovations of the firm’s clients worldwide.
