Kent
E. Baldauf is an Intellectual Property attorney with more than 30
years of experience with patents, trademarks, copyrights and related
practice areas. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Baldauf gained
valuable industrial experience as a metallurgical engineer with
Kaiser Aluminum Corporation and as a product design engineer with
the General Electric Company, where several of his products “made it
to the Moon and back” as part of the Apollo Space Project. Mr.
Baldauf holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Science degree
in Metallurgical engineering/Materials science.
He is profiled in Marquis’ Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who
in America, Who’s Who in Industry and Finance and Who’s Who
in the World.
He has
been ranked and honored by the legal directory

Lawyers for Business 2007, which acknowledged that he

Mr. Baldauf serves as a director
and vice president with The Webb Law Firm, which has concentrated
exclusively in intellectual property law since 1845. He works with
clients in a wide range of fields, particularly in materials science
technology, chemical processes, and mechanical inventions, as well
as patent validity and infringement opinions, and licensing
matters. A past president of the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property
Law Association, Mr. Baldauf is a recognized IP legal authority and
has acted as a “patent law expert” in a number of Federal Court
patent infringement suits.
